I got the short torso and it was a perfect fit. It does fold on the bottom all around and it could get a bit uncomfortable if you plan on wearing it for too long. other than that it snatches good.

Lasted me 3+ months before rods inside broke. Worth the cost of item. However, the latex or inner liner did not tear or rip.

Make sure you take a waist measurement. If your goal is to trim down immediately, order one size smaller, but understand that Chinese sizes run smaller & you will have to pull hard to get it buckled & you will have to lie down, but you will see results if you wear it every night when you go to bed within the first month. If you can wear it during the day too, you will see results more quickly, but at least wear it to bed every night. If you’ve never worn one before, start with one true to waist size, or you might not be able to get it on.
